Wyncourt Nursing Home has been selected to deliver specialist end of life care using BD BodyGuard™ syringe driver equipment, recognising our clinical expertise and commitment to improving standards of care across the region.
Through this programme, Wyncourt has played a key role in increasing knowledge, confidence, and best practice in end of life care by delivering structured training to healthcare professionals. Our clinical team has successfully trained over 100 nurses across 12 care homes within the region, supporting consistent, high-quality symptom management for residents at the end of life.
As part of this initiative, Wyncourt has also supported the securing and distribution of 12 BD BodyGuard™ syringe drivers, which are being deployed across Trafford to improve access to safe, effective end of life care equipment.
